Responsibilities/Qualifications:
• Provide support to production in improving manufacturing measures including Availability and Cycle Time
• Maintains the tester/machines according to vendor or company specifications
• Interfaces with tester vendor on spares, repairs, upgrade and new purchases
• Capability to train and test quality systems engineers
• Develops candidates with other procedures processes or tools to improve systems performance

Qualifications:
• Degree Electronics Engineering field
• 8-10 years experience in a semiconductor mfg environment
• Strong communication, cost management and leadership skills
• Highly Motivated, pro active and well organized
• With food technical knowledge on manufacturing final test
• Experience in production Management courses and seminars are also advisable

WAFERSORT MAINTENANCE SECTION MANAGER
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering fields
• 8-10 years experience in a semiconductor wafer sort manufacturing environment
• Possess strong communication, cost management and leadership skills
• Highly motivated, proactive and well organized
• TPM history with other semiconductor sort company
• Candidates with other WLP/Bumped Die manufacturing experience is an advantage
• Background in probe card maintenance and selection is a must Management course and seminars are also advisable

RESOURCE CAPACITY PLANNING MANAGER
• Bachelor degree and MBA in Business, Operations or related field
• 12 years managing a large diverse, Planning or Supply Chain operation
• Guiding, directing and motivating a team
• Conflict resolution and negotiation techniques
• Knowledge of assembly and test manufacturing process
• Effective project management, analytical and written communication skills
• Proven track record of delivery, effective prioritization and decision making
• Working knowledge of MES/ERP systems
